AN OPEN LETTER TO MY PEERS IN THE BEER INDUSTRY

LE VOISIN : GODSPEED X LEFT FIELD
On a personal level, this beer is special to me. I started my brewing career in Montreal, and I have formative memories of Dieu du Ciel. I loved the conviviality of the place and I was inspired by the way it carried through to their imaginative beer. It has been an honour for us to work with Luc and his team to bring that feeling to Toronto.

DONATIONS TO RED DOOR SHELTER
As we get ready for holiday celebrations with family and friends, our thoughts go to those who may be less fortunate or need a little extra help this time of year. Here at the brewery, we’re once again partnering with the Red Door Family Shelter to collect much-needed items and through donations with your support.

From getting the brewery up and running to opening the Tap Room and Bottle Shop full time, to undergoing expansion with the addition of two new fermenters and a new bottling line, we’ve hardly taken a moment to sit back and reflect.
